Integrity

Real integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody is going to know whether you did it or not. -Oprah Winfrey.

Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is looking. Integrity comprises the personal inner sense of "wholeness" deriving from honesty and consistent uprightness of character. Integrity is holding true to one's value. Integrity is standing by your word; not backing out of commitment. Read the story below. It shows a wife's integrity even to her late husband.

There was once a man, who was going to die. He made his wife promise to him that she will not step in the way of their daughter's actions and to let her do whatever she wanted to do. The faithful wife stayed to her word and her daughter took advantage of the situation. Their daughter cleaned everything out with memories of her husband. The daughter on the other hand promised to give the mother the man's car, so that the mother will be able to trade the old car for a decent one. The daughter made a list of the things she would pick out two days after the man's death... at the top of her list was the man's car. The daughter even tried to get the mother evicted from the apartment so that the daughter could claim the deposit of the apartment. The wife loved the husband so much that she kept her word even after her husband's death.

Integrity; To be responsible for all of your actions.

Integrity; To do what is right even when no one is looking.

Integrity; Not to steal or take things which are not yours.

Integrity; To attend school regularly and punctually.
